I talk too much here about healthcare but we all know there isn’t an industry that needs fixing more than this one. Recently Function Health just raised another $250M for a $2.5B valuation. When you look at what they do its essentially testing. Blood and urine testing and all of it is through 3rd party testing facilities like Quest. They own exactly zero testing facilities. The entire valuation is based on making the UI/UX for getting tests easier. That in addition to what the test results mean.
It shows how valuable even the smallest segments are. It also shows me that Quest is undervalued at a $20B market cap. There is $10B of companies built on top of Quest. HIMS has started building their facilities for testing and added a home testing segment and if it goes the way they hope should add a few billion in cap. They are getting slammed because their GPL1 business is being priced out by the suppliers themselves dropping costs to a few hundred a month. Kind of like Footlocker competing against Nike. The bloodwork side could make up for it.
None of this is financial advice. Merely pointing out the opportunites out there are gigantic and I’m sure the health related domain names are growing in value as well
Quote of the Day: “Healthcare keeps showing us the same thing. The biggest opportunities live in the smallest cracks the industry ignores and those cracks have billion in them.” Shane Cultra

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. We Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.* All names chosen by us. (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything we say is based on our own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or our opinion is correct. We hand choose the names but we are paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good.
