It’s nice to see that domain owners are winning cases in UDRP based on the sole reason that they are not actively trying to infringe on a trademark. In some cases they aren’t even responding and still winning. The business of buying domains and selling them seems to be becoming legitimized. Hopefully we’ll get to the point where only the obvious squatters have to deal with UDRPs. Let them spend their time on the Lego squatters.
“A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption in our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so.”
