Missed the list yesterday due to straight up tired. Summer is always tough because there are so many things going on, marathon training is in full swing, and work still is going strong. Just didn’t have it in me. Fortunately I’ll be headed to Kaui soon for a few weeks of rest and relaxation. Typically I’ll follow it with a 200 mile relay in Oregon but as long as I don’t have to do it by myself I should be fine. Here are today’s names.
