One word dot coms will continue to climb in value, they’re less and less available each year. But look at Godaddy’s first 5 pages of their top bidders. Virtually no words. All shorts. That tells you a lot about where the market is right now. It is a resellers market. Trading back and forth. That is not wrong. That is trading. The buy and then hope to sell for more. I understand there are a lot of domain investors that don’t feel comfortable participating. It is higher risk. The only thing you are going to have to accept is that you are going to wait longer to sell your keyword names, and that you may be missing an opportunity to make some great money in a short period of time (or lose). I say wait longer because money that was going into the keywords is going into numerics and shorts. That is a reality. There is still a ton of action in short keywords, Andrew Rosener can attest to that. But look at the daily auction at Flippa, Namejet, Sedo, and Godaddy and it becomes very obvious where the action is right now. And you can watch or you can play along. Either way it has been entertaining. Here are today’s domains. Click for current prices.

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. (if you have trouble with the contact form its shane@ this domain name) I Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by me, Shane . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything I say is based on my own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or my opinion is correct. I hand choose my names but I am paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good investments
Must be a typo squat for Asus – I’m typing this from my AsusLaptop.com btw – still cracked me up!
Hopefully someone buys three.li. And that purchase reminds them they were also going to buy the remaining NNN.li
