Domain Spotlight:

Escrow.com

vacationThere is an interesting thread over at Reddit called “If nobody “owns” the Internet, who exactly am I giving money to when I buy a domain?”   There have been hundreds of thousands of readers and the top comment actually does a clear and concise job of explaining why some domains cost more than others.  He simply says “the domains that have people that desire them will be higher priced” or something to that effect.  There is also some bad info in there but it’s worth a read if you want to see how “outsiders” view domain names.
