Flips
Madz.com sold recently for 5,500 USD at Flippa, vs 2,000 USD on 2015-06-23 at Sedo. A few really quick flips on the list this week, this one bought at Sedo, sold at Flippa for a nice return in a month.
Avoidance.com sold recently for 2,489 USD at Sedo, vs 659 USD on 2015-06-09 at NameJet. Nearly 4x before commission in a month.
AZ9.com sold recently for 808 USD at 4.CN, vs 521 USD on 2015-03-19 at NameJet. Not a huge return in gross dollars in a few months, but if you can do it in volume with the CCC.com’s, you can make some money.
GoCrowd.com sold recently for 1,800 USD at GoDaddy, vs 1,000 USD on 2012-11-18 at Afternic.
Flops
VideoGames.biz sold recently for 143 USD at NameJet, vs 1,700 USD on 2007-10-01 at Sedo. Even a game domain can’t make a nice sale for a .biz.
Slot.net sold recently for 3,190 USD at Sedo, vs 5,500 USD on 2011-03-07 at Sedo.
Bedouins.com sold recently for 940 USD at GoDaddy, vs 5,500 USD on 2013-04-01 at Afternic.
MOB.co sold recently for 1,020 USD at Sedo, vs 9,187 USD on 2006-06-13 at Sedo. I admit I didn’t even realize .co existed back in 2006. Appears the domain has been picked up by “Mobco bvba” which is based in Belgium and uses Mobco.be as its home; its logo is below.
Note: I didn’t do an exhaustive search of the ownership history of each domain. There are likely cases where there were multiple owners between the sales prices I list.
