Domain Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Thursday September 20th , 2018

The hardest part of this domain game is that we are all bidding on the same names.  There’s a reason why the top names are flying at auction.  It’s the Roseners, the Pollocks, and dozens of other people you don’t even know their names, bidding on the top names.  All with deep pockets.   It doesn’t mean there are other types of names that can be profitable that they leave alone.  It just means the risk reward is much much higher.  The lower the quality, the more the numbers game comes in to play.  And for those of you that say the numbers game doesn’t work.  Ask Josh

He had a great sale on an $8 name that paid for lots and lots of names that just sit there.  How do you know it works?  Pretty easy.  If you put zero of your paycheck into your domains and pay for registrations and new purchases with sales ONLY and you have money left over, then you are making money. Yes, I realize at some point there was an infusion of cash.  But for Josh that was several years ago.   If he wasn’t making money he couldn’t afford to pay the renewals for his names.  With money left over to keep the portfolio up.  It can be done.  It is being done.  I watch it being done.  But’s it not easy to teach.  Watching Josh in action is like watching like watching a guy jungle a bowling ball, a chainsaw, a nickel, and a catfish.   He seems to keep them all in the air and actually make money doing it.  Heck, he’ll move 3000 names from one register to another to save 50 cents a name. Because that is $1500 and to him that’s 180 more names.  180 more names that give him a chance to sell for a few K each.

Please don’t email him on how he does it.  People always want to talk to him because he doesn’t it with $8 names and everyone can afford $8.  He does it $8 times 10,000.   It doesn’t work with ten $8 names. I’m not sure if I would even advise to anyone else.  But If you want to know more, watch his Sherpa shows, or look for a video here we’ll be doing. Here are today’s names. Click through to see the current price
