DomainShane’s BIG LIST of Domain Name Auction Picks: Monday 10/13

Escrow.com

Yesterday turned out to be a pretty good day.  I set a new PR in my marathon with a time of 3 hours, 9 minutes and 5 seconds.  While I’m proud of the time which isn’t too shabby for a 45 year old (7 minutes 10 second pace per mile), I’m probably more proud that I’ve knocked my time down at least 2 minutes each year for the last 9 years.  Getting old and stronger takes some work.  It was best race ever after 25 marathons, not because it was my fastest but because it was my best run.  I went with how I felt and then pushed a little harder as I went along rather than blowing up early and holding on. I got stronger and stronger and actually ran faster in the last 13 miles than I did the first.  Of course it helped I was well prepared.  And like so many things in life, things go better when you have a little experience and you have the training to do actually back up what your brain wants you to do.   We’ll take a break and then figure out the next thing to try.   Have a good day. Here are today’s names.   NOW TAKING NAMES FOR THIS FRIDAY’S BOOK OF 10.  $20 A NAME OR TWO FOR $30.  IF I MISSED YOUR EMAIL PLEASE RESEND AS I WAS A LITTLE PREOCCUPIED THIS PAST WEEKEND AND DID A POOR JOB OF ANSWERING.

JMPU.com   Under $25 at press time

RetailManagement.com  18 years old.   Kudos to anyone who chooses this as a profession.  Like the name, don’t like the job. And wow this one is getting a good price

VeryFinest.com  Not just finest, VERY finest.  12 years old.  Only one bidder

WHDW.com  Great acronym.   Doesn’t seem to be a radio or tv station but I still like it

PhotoReel.com  I actually really didn’t know what this was but with 41 million Google results I now know

NBVI.com  I for International.  Under $100 would be a good buy IMO

ELMM.com  Already at $150 but I still think it has room to run

ColdSoreCure.com  More of a build out than a flip but I know millions are looking for information on how to get rid of them.  Valtrex or Abreva

BF7.com  High amount of bids of the GD names today

78L.com  I like this one better but it’s the same price as above at press time

LivingWreath.com  I sell quite a few of these.  One of them goes for more than the price of the domain

DroneGuide.com  With all the drones on the market I think a guide would get lots of traffic

LNSW.com  W for Worldwide.  Under $100 at press time

Commuters.com Reserve is met.  Millions of people are

UMAD.com  Verified 1000 visits per month for this one

Working Godaddy Domain Code of the day. $10 off PURCHASES OF $50 OR MORE ACOSKS65

Hirao.com  Popular Japanese name.  18 years old

T-V.com  Surprised it’s got such few bidders.  I think any letter L-L.com would have gotten this many bidders

GYU.com  It’s an LLL.com. Enough said

TakeCareOfIt.com  Hoping there would be no bids on this one.  Hope didn’t work

9135.com $6K plus…easy….IMO

TollBridge.com  Going to be a brand that has nothing to do with Toll Bridges. I know that because I’m an expert in domains

Juggly.com  Also a brand but I have a feeling that it will be a different market

GirlsBehindBars.com  aka Orange is the New Black

CAX DOMAIN OF THE DAY: Slippers.co    At auction.   Most people own a pair.  Heck, the kids are wearing them to school now
