DomainShane’s BIG LIST of Domain Name Auction Picks: Sunday , December 14th

Escrow.com

Sorry for the missed daily list but something came up that was more important.  One of my best friends and daily running partner of 10 years lost his wife to cancer.  It has been a hard thing to watch.  It’s been difficult to watch a strong, vibrant person, be broken down to nothing in front of your eyes. It’s just as difficult to watch a person you care for, having to face life without the person that helped make them who they are.  It makes you go home and just look at and hold your wife. People call me sappy and mushy because I ponder on these types of things all the time but you just cant take things for granted.  Money you earn is worthless if you don’t have someone to share it with.  If you are giving up all your time to the pursuit of finance then you are going to miss out on a lot of personal memories.  I realize it and the only person I have ever met that may understand it more than me is Adam Strong.  He is my family life mentor that constantly reminds me of why he and I love domaining.  Because he can make enough to stay home and be with his sons every single day.  Not many kids get to see both their parents every day, all day. I am not the greatest at living by my words but I’m better than most, and yesterday is another reminder for me that there is no greater gift than friends and your wife is your best.  Again, sorry for being so sappy but its what’s rolling through my head. Here are today’s names.

DiscontinuedParts.com  HUGE business.  As a person that has way too many old vehicles and equipment there is certainly a need here. Also reminds me of my Grandfather who once said he didn’t have surgery because he was made up of discontinued parts.

FineYachts.com  I like it but two things.  One, nobody can spell yachts except people that own them.  Two, are there any shitty yachts ?

FiberLan.com  Two words that go very well together.  17 years ago.  Fiber is the future of the Internet

TheExposure.com  You know I like “The” words.  This is a perfect example.  No bidders and for $12 you can get a solid marketing name.  Guaranteed you can flip this very soon if you pay $12……..and I will try

TurboHeat.com   No bids.  Going to be an upgrade domain for somebody

VoteForMark.com  Mark somebody is going to want this eventually.  Heck for $12 somebody running for captain of the High School Pokemon Club could afford this

Clicks.cc  Tons of bidders.  Have no ideas why it’s over $5000………..and I lied…that’s how you get clicks for clicks.cc..

KickFish.com  No bidders.  Sounds like a tech name.  But to make it clear.  I absolutely don’t condone kicking fish

2367.cc  All non 4 NNNN.cc numerics are on the slow rise.

Bets.cc  If you believe at all in dot CC you have to like this one.  It may be the case that I’m the only buyer again.

MarijuanaAdvisor.com  This deserves more love.  With all the changes in marijuana law this name has a ton of value to people that can help companies adapt to those laws

Finally a NEW Domain Code of the day. 39% OFF YOUR ORDER gd41124a

GourmetSecrets.com  I think I bought this book for my wife for Christmas.  Solid name for anything cooking.  One bidder

S40.com   Love this one.  Short and round.  Like my high school girlfriend.  But boy could she breakdance.  She’s spin for hours

TBiB.com  Ironically also my breakdancing name.  I was a pretty sloppy eater though

ZHO.com  These three letter dot coms are catching on

ZUH.com   Here’s another one if you believe me

HVY.com  I’m not scared of Vs so I like this one a lot

Varb.com  Not getting much love.  14 bids for a pronounceable LLLL.com

SixthGear.com Kind of hoping there were no bidders here.  No luck.  Great car name

CrazyBird.com  No bidders for this crazy bird

RareCars.com  I wish I had enough money to own some.  At least I can own the name

Workout.info  In one month there will be plenty of people looking for this

TheVent.com  Another nice The name

  1. Very true, Shane.

Life = Domains or Life = Finance , does not compute.

I’m pretty mushy myself about these kinds of things. Good to see you have your priorities in the correct order.
