Sorry for the missed daily list but something came up that was more important. One of my best friends and daily running partner of 10 years lost his wife to cancer. It has been a hard thing to watch. It’s been difficult to watch a strong, vibrant person, be broken down to nothing in front of your eyes. It’s just as difficult to watch a person you care for, having to face life without the person that helped make them who they are. It makes you go home and just look at and hold your wife. People call me sappy and mushy because I ponder on these types of things all the time but you just cant take things for granted. Money you earn is worthless if you don’t have someone to share it with. If you are giving up all your time to the pursuit of finance then you are going to miss out on a lot of personal memories. I realize it and the only person I have ever met that may understand it more than me is Adam Strong. He is my family life mentor that constantly reminds me of why he and I love domaining. Because he can make enough to stay home and be with his sons every single day. Not many kids get to see both their parents every day, all day. I am not the greatest at living by my words but I’m better than most, and yesterday is another reminder for me that there is no greater gift than friends and your wife is your best. Again, sorry for being so sappy but its what’s rolling through my head. Here are today’s names.
