As the season in North America turns to cold I am reminded how completely unhealthy it is to sit behind a computer all day. It’s not just physical but mental. Not only do you sit around so much that you think going out for a 5 mile jog actually is enough exercise. You start to think that writing and emailing is real conversation. That the computer becomes the only social interaction you have for the day. The body and mind needs real movement and conversation. The look and reactions of a person to person conversation, the outdoor air in your lungs. The same as a stay at home mother needs to talk to adults more often. We all have seen it. Mothers that are at home so much they start to talking to everyone like children. I have no doubt I think and feel better from moving and breathing fresh air all day. I need the sun and the live social interaction. I know there are others out there that suffer from the same problems. I can read it in their posts. It’s always good to step away from the computer for a few days and get some fresh air. Here are today’s names

Thanks Ben. Fixed
When I am with people for too long, I want to step away and go to my computer.
Eric,
Ha. That would explain your pasty white skin and why your fingers move in a typing manner when you talk to people.
If anyone fancies meeting geeks in marketing, wordpress en other web related groups there’s meetup.com which has groups in many cities around the globe.
Really quick question on Brandbucket and your lander for a name like TheTrunk.com
Do they pay you when you send in a lead to your domain and the person doesn’t buy your name but buys someone else’s name that’s on YOUR landing page ?
I’d prefer to see my name in the top of the fold , not Brandbuckets and their search. . .. talk about taking a customer/lead and keeping it for yourself. . . . ugh.
