DSAD.com: Domain Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Friday, April 8th

Apr 08 2016

Two of my favorite guys in the industry, Jason Thompson and Dwayne Walker, have started a new conference called Domain Startup Summit.  Using Jason’s knowledge of the startup world and Dwayne’s knowledge of the domain industry and his experience being part of the organization and planning of Domain Fest, they are the perfect team to put on a great conference.  I love the concept.  Focusing on businesses, startups, and how they can use domains.  How can the two worlds work together.  They’ve also brought back PitchFest which was my favorite part of DomainFest.  I’m going to try and make it out and if you can I am sure you’ll enjoy it.     It would be worth it for me to go just get out of this awful Midwest weather.

Here are today’s names. Click to see current prices .

Garaj.net   Has 50 bids already.   “garage” in Turkish but if you can read this site then you already knew that

HotShip.com  17 years old .  I know a lot of guys that think they are.   Ohhhh Ship

Charleen.com    First names are always worth owning. Even if everyone with the name lives below the Mason Dixon line.   17 years old

WePlayDirty.com   Love this one for marketing.  Sexual innuendos are always good

PlayHard.net  See…..fun

TheIgloo.com  We all know who uses Igloo.com but this one can be a venue or a store

EliteAutoSales.com   Upgrade name for quite a few companies with the same name

Grab.org    Not made for the dot org but strong enough keyword that its worth owning IMO

Cathleen.net   No bidders.  For $12 it would make a great email

7Q1.com   CCC.com still doing well.  Not sure it will make it to the average of $500 but not too far off

SinglesTravelCompany.com  12 years old.  A PR4.  2400 backlinks and 30 bids

DNLJ.com    Domain something something

OYAW.com    Decent acronym.  11 years old

Zoonly.com   Brand bucket type name. One bidder at $12

MicroApartments.com     Tiny houses are hot why not micro apartments.   Also known as New York apartments

HZI.cc   LLL.cc are leveling off but still worth watching.   Even with a vowel

Best3DPrinters.com  I officially declare the 3d printer craze done.

UQKY.com, GZEO.com, ZJEH.com , EFYO.com  XZJV.com, NQVS.com , ZBRU.com, WZQV.com   Here’s today bottom boats.  Some are floating a little lower than others

9-91.com, 5-67.com and 6-78.com   I haven’t even thought about these being a thing.  But they’re getting some bids

HGMG.net  This one has crossed $100.   They used to all regularly cross that but this one is probably the best one on the board today

RudeDog.com  I feel like this is a t-shirt line from the 80s

623380.com   At least they are still selling

LNHN.cc   Am I the only one still buying LLLL.cc?    Am I the only one still buying anything?

381959.com, 191781.com, and 268262.com   Every day CHiP 6N.coms hit the board we get to find out the going rate.  And every day someone calls it a crash.  Crashes are caused by no buyers.   We’ll see if we have any and where they’re buying

HMMM.info   Hmmm

VMMN.com One bid at $20 at press time

VRFacts.com  Not a bad Virtual Reality for $12

827283.com   One bid at $12

Transcribe.io  Billion dollar industry.   $150 name.    Buildout and be a millionaire

GameRefresh.com  Great name for a used game reseller

C61.com  LNN.coms continue to do well.  Nobody knows if they’ve gone up or down because nobody can give you a price within $400 of how an auction of one will end

INNI.com   I like it just for the balance.  But a few others do too and the price is getting high

SecretPleasures.com  I’m pretty sure they’re talking about Circus Peanuts.  Everyone’s guilty secret pleasure candy

ReadingGlasses.org  This is a sore subject for me. I hate them but they’ve become a necessity.  Billions of pairs sold a year. 17 years old

CapitalInvestment.net   2 bidders.  everyone has ideas, only some have capital

Bad.net   Reasonable reserve.   Some times it’s more fun to be bad than to be good.  Like when you eat Circus Peanuts.  So bad for you but so good

FRMP.com   An LLLL.com CHiP with 80 bidders

NewFoundMoney.com  There is no better feeling than new found money.  Like when that coat you haven’t worn in a few months has a few hundred dollars in it.   That doesn’t happen to you?

EmergencyPlumber.com   You don’t think this is even a need until you need one.  Great marketing name for the side of your truck that they’ll remember

Ginseng.net   Tens of millions of users around the world.

Cranberries.net   I put them on everything.   I like they’re tartness.  Pretty sure my love of these makes the name more valuable

GNNB.com  Probably the best 4L.com acronym on the board today

PWPR.com   Although this one is pretty good

Moly.org  I know it as the plant or herb but probably works as an acronym as well

MLNK.com   Not as good but still Chinese preferred

BookResellers.com   There is a whole business model of selling used books on Amazon.  Teach or do it

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. I Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by me, Shane . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything I say is based on my own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or my opinion is correct. I hand choose my names but I am paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good
