My favorite part of the day is looking through the auction list. I truly enjoy it. I am usually pretty tired from working at the nursery but I seem to always “wake up” when I start looking through the names. I feel like I’m panning for gold. Every day I feel like I have a chance to pick up a name for a great price that nets me thousands down the road. Every day there is opportunity to make money. There just aren’t many things I can do that allow me to work 3 hours at night and make that type of money. I do feel like I’m pretty good at it but I realize there are those that are better. And if domain investing is your day job you sure as hell better be better than me. You have to pay for your mortgage, your health insurance, your car, your food, your electricity, and every thing else you spend money on. My sales go back into more domains. My bills are paid. So I feel like I can keep up in those 20 hours a week since I’m compounding.
As long as I don’t think of all the bills I have to pay, I get jealous of people that get to do it full time. I would love to see what I could accomplish if I put 12 hours a day towards it.
