Friday’s Daily Dropping Domains and Auctions and a Joke

Looking forward to this weekend.  Headed to Vegas for a few days for a little two day fun and games to celebrate my brother’s 40th birthday. It’s a surprise party but he doesn’t even know I do this blog so I should be fine.  I’m not a big gambler but I have a big football bet to put down on college Saturday and if all goes well, will easily cover the weekend.  If it doesn’t go well the nobody gets a big bottle of grey goose in the evening.  Now onto the names All these glove wearing non gardeners competing against me pisses me off.  They need to just give me this one It gets no love from anyone.  Valuate low, no bids.  I think it’s certainly worth a few hundred dollars

Oh hell, who am I kidding.  I can’t find anything on the board worthwhile today so I’ll tell a slightly off color joke

A man is dating three women and wants to decide which to marry. He decides to give them a test. He gives each woman a present of $5000 and watches to see what she does with the money.

The first does a total make-over. She goes to a fancy beauty salon, gets her hair done, new make up and buys several new outfits and dresses up very nicely for the man. She tells him that she has done this to be more attractive for him because she loves him so much. The man was impressed.

The second goes shopping to buy the man gifts. She gets him a new set of golf clubs, some new gizmos for his computer, and some expensive clothes. As she presents these gifts, she tells him that she has spent all the money on him because she loves him so much. Again, the man is impressed.

The third invests the money in the stock market. She earns several times the $5000. She gives him back his $5000 and reinvests the remainder in a joint account. She tells him that she wants to save for their future because she loves him so much. Obviously, the man was impressed.

The man thought for a long time about what each woman had done with the money, and then he married the one with the largest breasts.

  1. The last two months or so the drops are dead.

I’m really thinking that a real transition is happening. I’ve been expecting it for a couple years. I’m surprised the good drops lasted this long.

At some point the drops have to stop producing many meaningful domains as guys like you and I snag them an then never let them go.

I’m really having a hard time finding primo generics anymore on the drops. I guess I’m going to start concentrating more energy in contacting end users.

  2. Nice.

BTW, I hope you put the bet on the Tide. RTR. Also, love Grey Goose – although the bottles are much smaller than they appear based on content anyway 🙂
