Anyone know anything about the registrar They send their expired inventory to NameJet or at least they have in the past. The reason I bring them up is that that these bastards won’t respond to any support emails and I have no way to log in. I have 2 names with them that I’ve never been able to access. I forgot about the names until they expired, so I sent several emails to their support with no response.

I don’t even think the whois was ever updated, I think they just added my email to the mix. The expiration email was addressed to Matt.

I checked through all my emails and there’s no account credentials like are created with other registrars when you win a name a namejet.

While I’m at it, complaining, here’s another Namejet issue, my names that go to Netsol go to different accounts now. In the past they all went to the same one, now it’s some random account they make for me, but hey, at least I can log into that one.

So the bottom line is that there’s no point in me bidding on anything from Namejet, if I can’t access the domain. And why don’t you respond to my emails

  1. Instead of learning to make things easier as one proceeds in a business NameJet / Register & some others learn new ways of making things DIFFICULT for their customers.

  2. Have you got a contact at NameJet? Surely they can put you in touch with someone at Or help you get access to your domains? If you need need help reaching someone at NJ, let me know.
