I think you got the idea I like NNNN.coms after the first 13 articles but today I wanted to share with you some sales from the past two weeks. I’ve gathered all the sales from NameJet and 4.cn (I’m sure there were some on other auction houses that had a few that I missed) and I’m impressed by the consistency of the prices and and I’m loving the trends. Not one name went for under $600 and just last month you could get most names with a 4 in it for $500. Names with repeating 8s are gold. I realize I am killing my ability to buy at cheaper prices with these articles but it’s my “job” to keep people informed of my likes and dislikes and I still think prices go up from here so I am a buyer, even at these levels. I purchased two of these domains and both were over $1000. I am still looking for few quality letter nnnn.coms as I still have a little money left in my NNNN account that I discussed earlier.

wow…after buying these nnnn.com, what am I going to do with the development Shane. Any live sample to date?
I am kicking myself here. Back in the day (just two years ago) I would see so many NNN.com and NNNN.com being sold for $50 to $100. Oh well…
You can put anything you want on it. The same way anyone develops a non generic keyword property. You have to get out of the domainer idea that the world runs on generic domains. There is a whole world of creative, unique, and meaningless domains that make great site names. Regardless of what you turn the site into, the domain name will become more valuable.
Great post.
I love these n dotcom names too.
(I would pay a minimum of nn.com 50k nnn.com 8k nnnn.com $500)
I also like the 3 digits repeating like 752752.com as are rememberable and match some premium phone numbers.
Noticed that some (very few) decreasing 2 digit dotcoms are still avail to register – like 979695.com
A fun space with lots of potential,
Ian.
