1. Now that the market is heating up and BIN domains are selling faster it’s time to stop BIN pricing, IMO.

   Let them come to you for higher prices.

   Overall, irregardless of BIN, I think domains are selling better because of the improving economy, more awareness of domains, and the notion that grabbing great domains at these prices won’t last long.

   In a handful of years people will look back on 2008-2013 as the glory years of grabbing great domains, just like Frank Schilling did from 2000-2002.

   After the market pops, there will be no looking back ever again at these cheap prices.

   The great, available Internet land is getting scooped up and much of it will never go back on the market again. Many of my domains will die with me ; I’ll never sell them. They can’t be replaced easily at all.

2. Oh my God. I’d sell my domains in a heart beat if the price is right. The only thing that are irreplaceable are yours and your love ones’ life.

   That is listed as a regular domainname, but I assume that it was an IDN. If not, I will cry now.
