SHANE’S BIG LIST: Friday’s Domains at Auction or Dropping on March 21st, 2014

Escrow.com

Yesterday was the first day of spring and you know what that means for me.  Crazy time. It’s nursery time, marathon time, and I run a taxi service for a 14 year old girl. Going to be a busy next 4 weeks but it should be fun.   I’ll shed about 15 pounds in the next month and hopefully refill the cash register that I’ve been borrowing from all winter.  Here are today’s names.

BCoin.com  My domain of the month.  The perfect short bitcoin name

MediaProject.com  17 years old.  Last time I list it.  Good name but the owner is getting greedy. He’s had it up 3 times and it’s never met reserve which tells him the market thinks it’s worth less than what he thinks it is.  He needs to either lower the reserve and sell it or put it away

DirtyG.com  For $12 not a bad name.  Kinda fun.  I own easyG.com and use it as an email. 13 years old, no bidders

KYC.com   Already has a bidder at $15K

GaragePros.com  An upgrade in domain for hundreds of businesses.  NO bidders

UCE.net  Great letters.  Even as a dot net this has good value

DomainGirl.com  Solid name for a woman in domaining.  $100 is opening bid but good brand for that price IMO

YourSEORanking.com  For $50 and under I think you’ll do just fine.

OLDD.com I realize its an acronym but I only see the world OLD.  And maybe that’s because I am

Working Godaddy Domain Code of the day.. $1.99 Dot Com Registration (plus ICANN fees) BEST

StormCast.com  Hard to believe there are only two bidders. Half the TV stations in our town call their weather “StormCast”

FilmBarn.com  I like the brand.  I sold VideoBarn.com not too long ago and have had success with “Barn” names.  I didn’t make millions but I made

GetFreeCondoms.com  At first I thought this said Condos which at my age is better than a free condom but the target age of advertisers would probably like the latter.  Coupon site would do well here.  Very few things that people buy a lot of and barely use

Ginsu.com   These were the hottest knives on TV in the 80s

CDOS.com  9 out of 10 in my letter ranking.  Nothing is 10 out of 10 until I sell it for a lot of money

GreenFest.com These names used to be all mine until green became cool

Undergraduate.com  Obvious name here but put it on the list in case you missed it

Have a name at auction and need more exposure.  Send me an email. I may be able to help.

*All names chosen by me, Shane, and the goal of this list is to have all links be paid through commission (click through and purchase a name you like) or paid listing. Everything I say is based on my own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or my opinion is correct.

  1. MediaProject sold on domain name forum for $1500 a few months back, not a bad return, this is not a motivated seller.

  2. MediaProject.com sold for $7,985 on GoDaddy auctions last year — 11/21/2013

(of course unless the sale never went through)
