Nothing like coming back from a sleepless trip to Vegas and starting you marathon training schedule. Training is an 18 week program and I skipped the first 4 weeks so I’m a little behind. Add in the fact it never f’n stops snowing here and it’s colder than Alaska here and you have what I like to call a challenge. I completely understand why people get fat and don’t do anything. Because it’s a heck of a lot easier. But I realize that once I get back into shape that I’ll feel better, be less tired, and won’t have my wife throw up a little when we have sexy time.
