SHANE’S BIG LIST: Thursday’s Domains at Auction or Dropping on August 29th, 2013

It will be interesting to see if there are any taker for Marchex’s names that they put up at auction at Snapnames. There are some high quality names there but there are also some end user reserves set on them. My guess is they sell one. You taking the over or the under? Here are today’s domains

Ofm.net The price is already more than many lll.coms. 16 years old

TodaysSpecials.com Everyone likes specials. Not sure if daily specials are all the rage like they were way back in 2012

Lindows.com This domain has a BIG background. Crazy that it could be sold. Doubt it will

Traderville.com Zynga isn’t buying up ville names like it was but NO bidders and 14 years old. Worth a shot IMO

Fanboost.com 8 years old. Nothing special but I like it. One other bidder likes it but probably won’t cost a lot to beat him out

UltimateWaterMassage.com I think this is the name of the water massage place in the mall. I have to admit I’ve always wanted to go it. Maybe I’ll trade the name for a massage

Featured Offer – 32% off new products at GoDaddy! -CAD

HereandBeyond.com Surprised it has no bidders. 15 years old

EscrowCity.com  Sorry Francois but it’s better than eCop 🙂

BrokenWindshield.net  It’s a dot net but HUGE market for windshield repair.  Refer Safelight and get paid

HurtLess.com   After 80 miles a week running I would like to

Dealsy.com  The deal names will always be hot.  People have wanted deals for 1000s of years

FatFactory.com   That factory must work three shifts

Landscaping.net   I am seriously thinking of buying this one.  Should I?

  1. I’m taking the under on the Marchex/Archeo/Snapnames auctions. Prices are 10x what domainers would pay and I don’t see ANY end users bidding.

  2. I still like a good single word .net, if the price is right I would try for Landscaping.net if I were you.

And I have a huge amount of respect for Francois but I have to agree on the eCop domain, but I have ulterior motives, I tried to sell him EscrowPro.com, lol.

  3. @Shane – re: Landscaping.net – YES YOU SHOULD! People are sleeping on these monster .net / .org keywords we’ve got on DNX.com right now! This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to buy a domain name for under $10k that can be built into a business which could not only support anyone comfortably but potentially be sold in a few years if built out right for as high as hundreds of thousands of dollars. I’ve seen it multiple times with names like HomeLoans.net, CarInsurance.org, Coupons.net, promocodes.net, CreditReport.org and many many more!
