Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Friday, May 19th, 2023

One of the main reasons I left the nursery was I finally realized that I was building my Dad’s dream. In the vision that he wanted. I was bowling with bumpers on for 3 decades. Always thinking I was playing but realizing he was always pretending like I had control of the vision but correcting every time it didn’t align with what he wanted to do. I enjoyed most of the time there. I love plants, I love building, but retail eats you up. Add in the 45 plus employees and the management of them and I began to grow tired of the day to day. Add in the pressure of my brother wanting to do his thing and it was an easy choice to let them have complete control. My Dad hasn’t spoken to me since and my brother is nice to me in person but has done everything to cut me off behind the scenes. I am completely good with that. Makes transition easier from my side. No work. You would think I think of the nursery all the time. Especially since I live 2 miles away. I don’t. I only think of the good times and how happy I am. I love plants more than every and truly enjoy planting and digging and having 5 minutes of free time. I have been eating my lunches in the bathroom for 20 years because I never could get 15 minutes to myself in the spring. Now I take as long as I want.

I still have a fear that I won’t have enough money to not work for the next 40 years but domains and the other side income I have seems to be holding me off. At least year one. I question whether I just want to keep 10 different forms of small income coming or have one big one again but that will happen when it happens. I’m looking but not forcing. I don’t HAVE to do anything which is a great place to be. Whatever I do, if I do will be a shared vision. No more building someone else’s dreams

Domain of the Day: Reserve is 25-50K so has some work to get to a selling point

Quote of the Day: “If you don’t build your dream someone else will hire you to help build theirs.” – Tony A. Gaskins Jr.

Namejet, Sedo, and Names at Auction Expiry name so no reserve. Defi.Green Most bids on the board today Same for this one V is tough in the last spot but reserve is below 25k so might be priced to sell My favorite on the board as far as cool looking if that means anything And my favorite in relations to working as an acronym

Godaddy Domains With Bids Its a plural but if you market it right it can be a decent racing blog. One bidder The brand is USA. Red nightclub. One bid Most bids on the GD board today. First name but has a lot of other use cases in the first few pages of Google Doesn’t make a lot of sense as I’m not sure how you would trade DAO BUT two HUGE Web 3 keywords and thus the activity The driving force behind many great things As an acronym pretty much every result on the first page of Google is different than the last Publishing or reading Extra info or large scale bets Senior aide is where I see this one landing As the co owner of I am 100% going to buy this Huge category. Some solid backlinks. This could see 5 figures I think VC or holding company when I see this one As boring as it comes Solid letters P for productions is good enough but this spells Seventy Great name for a basement flood protection or cleanup company. Thousands of these types of companies in the Midwest. Something that makes you dog less mess Float tank? Taken in 26 extensions and GD valued at $6500 A play on Verbal solid cannabis brand. Definitely memorable Stick If you’re going to do a dot net this is the kind you want Love this brand. Some product that is flexible. Already a hose called Flexzilla Even as a dot net a solid name to put on your signs and boat. Dot net goes with fishing net too Last minute tickets Sugar Daddy site comes to mind. Or F buddy
