Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Monday, January 23rd, 2023

I wish I could have gone to ICANN and ICA events in Vegas this week but just too many different things go on and I didn’t feel like going to Vegas. Add in a bunch of people I wanted to see weren’t able to go and I decided to stay home. I’m still a degen investment person but I’ve completely lost my yearn to gamble on tables or sports. I think I like horse racing more than anything and it just doesn’t excite me. NFTs and stock trading has ruined luck based gambling for me. I guess I don’t like things that I am 100% guaranteed to lose over the long run. But that is not the real point of going. Its to learn and see friends you haven’t seen in a while. That I will miss. Fortunately NamesCon is coming up this spring and I will be there and I should be on a panel or two.

I’ve been working with domains more than I ever have but its been more building ideas and business models that will help me make more profit in the domain business. It’s a little big more proactive than I’ve been in the past. In the past it was I’ll take what I can get. Sit and wait. Now that I don’t have a paycheck I want to create regular income. As regular as domain investing can be.

On a different not. There are so many AI tools out there but one is Browse.AI. I won’t go into detail what it can do but it is super powerful and can gather data like you have never been able to. Pretty much just scrapes every site. I’ll give some example later down the road. Lets just say sales data is pretty easy now

Domain of the Day: Pretty much every pizza place in the world should want to own this

Quote of the Day: “Did Wordle a second time today. Got it in one” -Shane Cultra

Namejet, Sedo, and Names at Auction Only a few bids. Not a common female name but there are some out there

Cost.Pro Price is $5 above annual parking Rev right now $13 a month here Something fishy going on here. The same name is the top name at both Godaddy and Namejet. Never seen that before No reserve. Sounds like they are going to make you a lot of money and Both are at no reserve. That’s where the deals come Love this one. Reserve is low. And the O is in a great position to be “Of” Way better than looking behind Still leading Sedo’s auction Don’t know if it will make reserve but sure is memorable Like Naan but with white flour

Godaddy Domains With Bids As Josh Reason said “What even is an E NFT” And I responded with, it’s at 17K so who really cares? Now even higher Can get to a few thousand at expired auction. $200 if you try and auction it . Godaddy values it at 11K Everything honey seems to sell As I said Like Mr. Beast but in a way less exciting category Taken in 37 extensions and last time I checked people HATE fake books. Super hard to read Sounds like an AI marketing tool Can be a market for anything. Taken in 14 extensions 2 houses in each neighborhood Cheesy dating site Very/Super Rich in Spanish Bright is one of my favorite naming words. Auction results show that it is a crowd favorite as well Taken in 17 extensions. Under $50 at press time and if it stays there I think its a good buy 100% a facial ID company

Godaddy with One Bid or Fewer

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. We Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by us, Shane and Josh . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything we say is based on our own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or our opinion is correct. We hand choose the names but we are paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good.
