It’s been a while but I sold 123.io a few years back to Andy Booth. I sold it for 1 eth. I sold a lot of domains for eth but that was one that I held the eth. I used my Trezors to keep my most valuable NFTs on because there was a point in time when they were worth a million dollars. I still have a few left on there but I have kept a lot of eth in there. I generally keep it in a centralized exchange so I can have direct access to a bank account if I need it for something.
But recently I decided to put that 1 eth on one of my Trezors. So I carefully did that yesterday and while I was doing it I noticed .5 BTC sitting there. During the craziness of 2020 to now at some point, I had put half of a bitcoin there. Like I said I never check the BTC number because I do almost everything through Metamask and it doesn’t show BTC. Absolutely incredible 25K is sitting there. It’s not free money because at some point I made it but the fact I forgot about it shows how crazy the earlier times were and how much money we threw around. I wish I had it back…..well now I have a little bit of it back
