Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Monday, March 13th, 2023

I was driving across Missouri and noticed a lot of signs for Uranus Fudge. “The Best Fudge Comes from Uranus”. I laughed thinking it was just a joke and an ad campaign for the town of Uranus, Missouri. When I came to Uranus there really was a general store there with all kinds of wacky animals in front and the parking lot was completely full. What childish man wouldn’t stop at an entire village built around a Uranus pun? It was a marketing wonder. When you walk in, all 15 employees yelled “Welcome to Uranus” to every single person that walked through the door. They had T-shirts with every Uranus pun you could think of. If there was a butt joke to be had they covered it. They had all kinds of country store things. Candy, fudge, crazy gifts. Old candy and soda you hadn’t seen in years. Not sure about the average customer ticket, but guessing it’s $50, and there were lines at every register. As a business person, I loved what I saw. A business built on fun and the advertising absolutely worked. Who knew you could build an empire around Uranus

Domain of the Day: I would buy my dog his food or taken him for grooming

Quote of the Day: “We live in a country where if you want to go bomb somebody, there’s remarkably little discussion about how much it might cost. But when you have a discussion about whether or not we can assist people who are suffering, then suddenly we become very cost-conscious.” – Prof. Andrew Bacevich

Namejet, Sedo, and Names at Auction Great letters. M for management.
