Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Monday, May 20th, 2024

The states with no income tax and low property taxes are more desirable than ever. As a resident of Illinois I don’t know why anyone would live here other than having family close. Housing is very affordable but the property taxes in many cities are more than the mortgage. Weather is extreme hot and extreme cold and you have to go to Southern Illinois to get any topography. I admit I do like the open space. I love NY but I do yearn to be open and see for miles after a long period of time.

Nevada and Florida are bringing in the masses because of their favorable income tax and weather. A house in Tahoe on the California side is much cheaper than a home on the Nevada side. California has perfect weather but the traffic is a no go for me. I refuse to spend that much time in the car. With remote work being more prevalent, people get to choose where they live. It no longer has to be within a perimeter of where they work. Leaving the desired places to live brining in more people and the “why do we live here?” areas losing people. Which will probably make things eventually come full circle. The desired areas will become too crowded and the undesired areas will become desired because its so cheap to live. 😀

Dynadot Aftermarket Domains Two of the most popular keywords AI and Chat Solid letters. Always a fan of W for the Win Love this one too. And cheap AI will get it done Solid brand. I like the tools extension And another one User auction. At $6 AT $63. 17 years old

Namejet Names at Auction (All No Reserve) Fantastic name for a crypto swap site Only 7 bidders. Brand makes it sounds like fast acting Make me think of Cranium or brain As seen on Sherpa. I loved it. Great call to action for security (or birth control) This I didn’t like Sounds like Sores Another one I loved on Sherpa The A saves you a few hundred thousand Great name for a something to carry those tiny little dogs Don’t know what the product will be but like the name

Sedo and Catched Names at Auction Only 3 bidders Another one with a great keyword and a relatively unknown tld One more Delivering eth? Great use of the .tips tld Authority. 5 bids Not sure what being a pro in pear means but Pear is a great keyword $20 at press time Love LLL that end in X I think it sells at this reserve because the Q is the first slot To sell this better be near the low end of the reserve Same This one has a chance of selling as well. Two Ys are tough but maybe brand as Ree or Rye And of all the I think this will end up as the highest price Great looking name. Terrible acronym but the brand will be XDX Reserve under $500

Godaddy Names with Bids Sounds like a 1955 tech company I’d eat here. Sounds like a place I would go to in Vegas Most bids on the Godaddy board today. Cool looking and I would pronounce it Zat “get funded” exercise pays Good brand. Open vessel I guarantee people spell it this way when searching There’s something after money ? Have to admit its memorable and easy to spell Delivery companies popping up every day Evidently still have value good brand but the big price is coming from the backlinks perfect tld for education Prounceable but radio test is a fail Headquarters Sounds like a blockchain airdrops and Daos better than average Will be sold as pronounceable best friends soon OptionsXpress made this spelling popular Where it all started Taken in 61 extensions The type of 5L I like to add to my portfolio is cheap enough

Godaddy with One Bid or Fewer
