Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Wednesday, April 17th, 2024

Many of you know Fred Hsu from Oversee and the domain parking days. He has a new company D3 that is what I feel is the future of registrars and registries. Andrew Alleman of DNW had him on a podcast and worth a listen

Please Note: The list below contains affiliate links and/or names that have been posted for a fee. It is how we pay for our time since it is a free site. More details at bottom of page

Domain of the Day: I only think of the video game I spent hundreds of hours playing

Quote of the Day: “Do one thing every day that scares you”

Dynadot Aftermarket Domains “Where all things Start” Most bids on the Dynadot list You know exactly what this site, app, or tool is going to do. Help I think the keyword DAO is worth more than the $13 current bid Australian IW, whatever that is. Under $80 at press time Pronounceable and used a lot in naming for commerce I see tutor or prep test help Same for this one AI mover maker is what comes to mind when I see it. Ends today At $8. Crypto plus a whole lot more

Namejet Names at Auction (All No Reserve) Sounds like a crypto tax service or wallet In the same ballfield Auction ends today Only a few companies using it though Exudes strong and resilient One of the most popular Spanish last names Great letters, ends in C Put them on your back and HEALED !!!! Will most likely add this one to my agriculture portfolio I’d buy sunglasses here Trillion dollar industry

Sedo and Catched Names at Auction Still a decent market for peer to peer lending on NFTs and of course gambling on price learn about the Internet of Things on an extension I didn’t know existed Sounds like a domain name investment company Creative assets Jui-jitso is practiced all over the world Probably some decent affiliate money here if you get some traffic Be careful here. $99 reserve? Doesn’t make sense I love IQ names and if this reserve is closer to the low end I like it even more Good opening offer but pretty versatile name Reserve under $100

DNWE Domains for SALE (All BIN) All of these have pretty solid letters and $350 and under

Godaddy Names with Bids I don’t see crypto names going anywhere. Especially generic names like this And even more so on this one. Top number of bids on the Godaddy board today I would rather have a good 3 number dot net than 5 number dot com. It might just be me and All these have 4s so not the top tier Yoga companies are known for not paying anything for domains but still a nice name Ironically people order the complete opposite of this Brave browser or just a design that is a bit out of the norm Reminds me of the SNL skit, “Marble Columns” Definitely memorable A word I have never used in my whole life I know a few domain investors that are killing it with health names Not a very positive term but we all are some time Online dental consultation Hotlanta Great letters and the C at the end as a bonus people search all the way We have a place called that locally that is for women and mothers who need help. Great cause Own the category I’d like to own all three of these Zen names

Godaddy with One Bid or Fewer

The Rest of the Domains with Bids

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. We Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details. All names were chosen by us, Shane, Travis, and/or Josh . Everything we say is based on our research or is opinion. Do your due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or our opinion is correct. We hand choose the names but we are paid to make this list by both the auction houses, registrars, and individuals that are auctioning names. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good.

  1. Thanks for including the interview with Fred. I often wondered where the demand for new TLDs in the next round would come from, and now we know a big source.
