Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Wednesday, February 21st, 2024

I’m in the process of listing a few hundred names on Squadhelp and I have to say they have the process down pat. As expected there are some issues but overall a great experience. Here is a quick rundown of PROS and CONS

Everything is automated. Emails are instant and timely.
Logos are done by humans and it shows. Some are legit good
Process names pretty quickly. They were doing 30-40 a day for me
Plenty of tools and ability to adjust and interact with everything. From pricing to design to contests. A lot to play around with

They’re not making up prices but it’s all over the board and not consistent
Names they choose and don’t is horribly inconsistent. To the point 5Ls that are the same but a different vowel have one accepted and one not. Making these up but like weeba would and weebo wouldn’t. Just random

I’m hoping I can beat my 2% sell through rate over the last few years and of course I’ll fill you in on how things come along in my experiment. Here are a few of the logos that I thought were really good

Please Note: The list below contains affiliate links and/or names that have been posted for a fee. It is how we pay for our time since it is a free site. More details at bottom of page

Domain of the Day: Means “Dictate” in Turkish. AI companies are getting creative with their names now. Often using foreign languages that exude what their AI does. Like Sora. Means “picture” or “photo” in Arabic

Quote of the Day: “If you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to his head. If you talk to him in his language, that goes to his heart”. Nelson Mandela

Dynadot Aftermarket Domains Makes $11 in parking and I think I know what kind of cams are making it Nice travel site name It too me a few minutes to figure out why this was heading towards five figure price and then it hit me A PPLE . And it will hit five figures I’d still take this in the dot org 22 years old. Exudes useful tool Long all bets names Interesting hack here. I actually like it 26 years old. Definitely older than the average age of people that will visit Millions of backlinks

Namejet Names at Auction (All No Reserve) Fake CVCV but still a nice repeater Would be a good name for under $300 IMO Gene sequencing is a multi billion dollar business Exudes positivity and doing well . Might want the plural though Cross into wealth Solid name for a marketing agency Everyone has a thing and this is it for many Where you want to be when attempting anything

Sedo and Catched Names at Auction proving that this makes any tld valuable Giga is good enought to give anything value Don’t see a lot of dot coms caught by Catched but this one came through A keyword that works perfectly well with the tld The official site of sidehustles. I would have purchased it but all kinds of spammy rotating ads on site This one is looking like it has a chance to hit reserve Sometimes by having a low reserve you get more bidders and that drives up the price. Perfect example Here’s another one that had a $99 reserve and flew right past it Its a dot net but IQ under $200 is a good price IMO

DNWE Domains for SALE (All BIN) Pretty much everyone sees a dispensary in this one $99 BIN on this one Upgrade name for dozens of companies

Godaddy Names with Bids why oh why did I sell my BetNNN and BetNN names. The prices are CRAZY The singular is a 7 figure domain Peak anything is good There is a reason they call them buzz words and I assume the same person owned both of these and forgot to renew Could be a brand but not feeling this one like everyone else The perfect name for one of those tent like things I see on Instagram SEO play all the way The dot com maxis will tell you that this is better than ……it’s not Geek still gets it done I feel like every city has an AutoVillage Relaxed or took a laxative

Godaddy with One Bid or Fewer

The Rest of the Domains with Bids

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. We Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details. All names were chosen by us, Shane, Travis, and/or Josh . Everything we say is based on our research or is opinion. Do your due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or our opinion is correct. We hand choose the names but we are paid to make this list by both the auction houses, registrars, and individuals that are auctioning names. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good.

  1. How does one go about transitioning their domains from BrandBucket to Squadhelp?

I love all the features at Squadhelp and BrandBucket seems to be asleep at the wheel. I don’t think we should be held prisoner by someone not making much of an effort.
