Domain Spotlight:

Shane’s List of Domains at Auction for Monday, May 5th, 2025

I follow dozens of business marketers. These are people who built a business, but now make more money selling products about how they built it. In a lot of cases, that becomes more profitable than the original business. They spend more time on podcasts, social media, and writing books than on actually building new companies. Sam Parr, Nick Huber, and Sahil Bloom are everywhere on social media. They are ahead of where business is heading.

Today the playbook is simple. Build an audience first, then sell them something. The old way was to build a product or service first and then go find customers. That still happens, but now tens of thousands of people pull in millions of views a day. Many of them get more attention than a network TV show. Turning that attention into product sales is a huge opportunity. We are nowhere close to the peak. Only a few like Jake Paul and Livvy Dunne have turned it into eight, nine, or even ten-figure deals. There are still countless niches left wide open.

Nick Huber, Sam Parr, and others have used their popularity to land deals and build wealth. Nick went the book route like many others have. This group has used their networks to get first checks and deal flow that most people could never reach.

Influencers will stop pitching brands and start building their own. I think business operators will partner with influencers to launch companies. Right now, many founders hate the idea of giving up big pieces of their companies to social media stars who know nothing about operations. Eventually they will realize that the audience these influencers bring is worth more than anything traditional marketing can buy.

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. We Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.* All names chosen by us. (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything we say is based on our own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or our opinion is correct. We hand choose the names but we are paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good.
