THE BIG AFTERMARKET LIST: Monday’s Domains at Auction or Dropping on May 12th, 2014

Escrow.com

Time, continued effort, and money.  It’s easy , and it’s all you need to build something.  This weekend I saw all the hard work of a lot of people come together.  We did more business this weekend at the nursery than we did THE ENTIRE YEAR at the nursery 19 years ago.  Yes it’s been 19 years.  But the bigger the goal, the longer it takes. Our generation has been disillusioned about the time it takes to grow wealth.  They see the Internet companies and their billion dollar valuations and forget that this is a small, small percentage of percentage of companies.  Most take years, decades, to build to levels that are sustainable and profitable.  Many stay afloat through being cash flow positive but live year to year.  Only one bad economy, one bad financial move, or a denied operating loan away from going under.  But you don’t hear about these stories because they aren’t interesting and take years to tell. But when you are a part of it and achieve success, similar to what I saw this weekend, it is exhilarating and brings a sense of pride that only hard work and time can bring.  Money is how we keep score, but watching hundreds of customers use or buy your product and tell you how much they appreciate what you’ve built.  That’s a reward that is a whole other level.  Here are today’s names. Now taking listings for the BOOK of 10.  Already sold half the list, only 5 spots left.  $25 a name, discounts for multiple names.

BluesFest.com  Huge name IMO. 18 years old and thousands of cities have a BluesFest

Bucktown.com  I probably know this name better because it’s a section of Chicago.  But it’s also a nickname for Brooklyn

WickerPark.com  Another area of Chicago.  Looks like someone liked Chicago but is ready to let them go

OldeTown.com  18 years old.  Upgrade name for a lot of companies and cities

Advice.net  18 years old.  Lord knows we get enough of this on the Internet

Critic.net  Also 18 years old.  And plenty of these as well

Suck.net  Porn or bad……or bad porn

Duel.net  15 years old.  Maybe we can get this battle of the bands thing popular again

4X8.com  I don’t normally invest in NLN.com domains but this one is very memorable and the whole reason people buy them is because they are memorable

16N.com  Surprised how hight this has gotten. WOW!

47e.com  Not drawing the same crowd but still a nice name IMO

URLO.com  I think the URL is the driver but solid acronym regardless

MiniBanana.com   They may catch on some day and you’ll own the name

EZFare.com  No bidders. 11 years old.  Pretty solid travel brand for $12

OMLF.com  F for Federation

28876.com  The middle 8s bring the boys to the yard.  I could teach you …but I’d have to charge

88141.com And here they are again

NEW!!!! Working Godaddy Domain Code of the day.. $2.95 cent new registration Dot Com hard295

Phillip.net  Nice email or personal blog name. 16 years old

TSLI.com  16 year old LLLL.com

Orthotic.com  Much rather have the plural.  The older I get, the more I run, the more I appreciate them

OJX.com  X isn’t the best but with money flowing back into LLL.coms these are all up in value

Volcanoes.net  Dropping so pick your favorite backorder service

Data.tv   A solid group of dot tv names are up for auction.  This is my second favorite

Drink.tv   And another

Sweets.tv  I might be addicted to this channel just like the sweets themselves

Have a name at auction and need more exposure?  Send me an email. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.   *All names chosen by me, Shane, and the goal of this list is to have all links be paid through commission . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything I say is based on my own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or my opinion is correct.
