I had a bunch of auctions end yesterday and was happy with the results. The numeric market is moving so fast it’s been a flippers dream. The key is knowing the value and what constitutes a good buy. It’s not been real hard lately, you can pick pretty much any numeric and sell it for more in 3 months. That WILL change. It may not this week or this year, but there will be a time when prices will stay and hold. People thought that would be last year and they missed 100% returns. In the meantime I’ll continue to flip and take my earnings. I have yet to lose money on a numeric but I’m also not going to be greedy. I have no problem selling here. The difference is I am also buying. Often paying more than others think is fair value. But that’s what this industry is all about. Finding names that you think will be more in the future, it merely makes it easier when others don’t agree. Here are today’s names. Now taking listings for the BOOK of 10.
