2. Import.com sold for $66,000
The owner is under privacy protection, and no site resolves.
3. Goliath.com sold for $60,000
Traffic leader for the week, with an Alexa rank near 55,000. “Big News. All The Time.” This is not your CNN-type of news, as you can tell by the screenshot below. “Goliath is the home of the latest in pop culture and trending news, with up-to-date content, original articles and exclusive interviews.” Owned by Concourse Media of Guelph, Ontario.
4. Consoles.com sold for $50,000
A gamer site affiliated with Cheats.co and Hitmen.com, with an Alexa rank near 7 million. “Consoles.com is a Video Game Site Dedicated to Gamers and owned by Hatfield Ventures LLC. We have more than a decade in video game industry and as those of you who have spoken with us know… we have been hardcore gamers since long before that. We Provide Cheap Products, Gaming Magazines, All the New Game Releases, Game Consoles, New and Used Games…. Not to mention we go allllllllllllllllllllll the way back to “Old School” and “Retro”. 5. Cyberobics.com sold for $22,500
A simple placeholder is live. The owner has a McFit.com email address, and that company is described as follows, “The McFIT GmbH is the largest fitness center chain in Germany and Europe with 237 studios and over 1.2 million members in Germany, Austria, Italy, Poland and Spain.“
6. MakeBlock.com sold for $20,000
An upgrade from the .cc, although there are sites live at each domain. A China-based company, “Makeblock is an open source aluminum extrusion based robot construction platform. It provides one-stop solution with mechanical parts, modules and software.” Alexa rank near 800,000.
7. TKQ.com sold for $15,011
Parked, owned by an individual in China.
8. FHB.net sold for $14,888
No site resolves, owned by an individual in Hawaii. He owns a few other domain names, but they don’t appear to tie to the FHB initials: TheCab.Company, GolfersGarage.com, eSearchHawaii.com..
9. Vobank.com sold for $14,800
An upgrade from Vobank.com.cn. Per Google Translate, “The new Wal-financial (www.vobank.com) is the innovative Internet banking platform, was established in 2014, is headquartered in Beijing’s Zhongguancun, the registered capital of 100 million yuan.“
10. AirTrafficControl.com sold for $13,500
The domain is parked, and owned by an individual in California.
