This cold and snow in Illinois is getting ridiculous. I am out every damn morning salting or managing the crews. I don’t go out every time like the past but I am still responsible for it so I don’t sleep very well so I might as well go help. But it throws off my routine and I’m all about routine. My runs are sporadic and so is my sleep. Throw in breaking in a new puppy and I need a vacation. Which I of course can’t take because I have a puppy. The positive is the projects are rolling. 1. Travis has the Country Arbors site really looking nice with tons of new functions and tools. Really going to wow the customers in the Spring 2. BeeHouse.com opens Monday. Simple, clean site that will only get better as I add content. Right now it gets the job done for ordering. I have more orders than honey so SEO is not huge right ow 3. BigIsland.org started production and writing this week. 4. Wormcastings.com website starts the buildout next week. Heading to the supplier to look at the place and finalize some concepts. Switched some bags to buckets because I found a supplier with great prices that puts hard pales back in play. 5. Greenhouses open Monday (maybe Tuesday) if its not too cold. 20 people come back to plant hundreds of thousands of flowers. Spring is definitely not here but it will be here sooner than you think In the meantime its supposed to snow 5 of the next 7 days. Nothing major but enough to take a few hours out of every early morning or late night. I’ve never been more ready for warm weather
