I had to skip the comments in the Godaddy section today. Which makes for a boring list. I just had too busy of a day to have the energy to make a full written list. My Oura Readiness number was 67 yesterday morning which is as low as I’ve ever had and not where I need to be. I ran 11 miles and worked 13 and started with a low tank of gas at 67. I pretty much ran on empty the last few hours of the day. Today I got my 8 hours which I had to get. If I didn’t it gets ugly. But even then my score was 72 and my HRV is starting to stay in the low 20s meaning I’m starting to chip away at my over all health. Part of doing all the things I do is keeping the body and mind at perfect levels. I use my Oura Ring, my Garmin watch, and my overall feel to gauge how each day needs to be. I cut my miles down to 30-35 because I am walking 15 miles a day at work and I was getting too much exercise. My weight was dropping below 175 which is fine but I don’t need to be there until the end of May. I am eating 5000 calories to keep it up but I had to add peanut butter and more nuts to keep from crashing. Millions of people work harder and longer hours so I’m not special. But since I have to deal with the repercussions of what I do, I concentrate on me. 🙂
