Aaron and I were talking (I think it was Aaron) the other day about the real estate market and have noticed that the Chinese not only are pouring huge money into the domain market, but they have really driven up the commercial real estate market throughout the United States. Most Americans have no idea of the billions that are being put into American assets and if that were to end , would kill prices in so many assets classes. Millions of Chinese are looking to move their money out of China to diversify into other assets. We domain investors are receiving the benefits, especially in numerics. It runs two fold as the sellers are then putting the large gains back into other assets. China runs the world. It’s just that the world hasn’t figured it out yet. Here are today’s names.
