I’m sure you’ve been waiting for the past few weeks to hear how my NamesCon hamstring injury is coming along. It turned out to be a bad tear but not off the bone. I’ve been going to physical therapy 3 times a week since then. I get electric stimulation and ultrasound treatments on it. I have also since but both of those units to have at home since they work so well. My therapist told me he cannot believe how fast I’m healing. The bruising and swelling was some of the worst he had ever seen (and he works with the Athletes at the University of Illinois) yet seems to be coming along well. I have virtually no pain but still feels a little tender. No running for 4 more weeks but I have already started biking and lifting weights. All in a gradual buildup to long strong muscles and no scar tissue that could tear again. I may actually be stronger and faster than I was before it happened. I realized I was not getting to the “other” muscles that I don’t use when I run. I am starting to use jump boxes, jump rope, stretch bands and leg machines. Old doesn’t have to be a bitch if you don’t want it too Here are today’s domains. Click to see current prices.

19914.com At $500 at press time
275758.com I put these up here mostly because I am watching this market closely. I am buying in for a few K to have some exposure to the 6N market. I try and diversify so I have a little invested in all the markets and I am a little late to this one. Still think it has legs. But I guess that’s obvious or I wouldn’t be a buyer here
ZN38.com Also a buyer here for a small amount. Got some early but need another 10 to 15 to fill my LLNN slots
A few more NL15.com, 76MB.com, 96YZ.com

779578.com Found one more at the bottom of the list. These aren’t getting bids until the last day so they are staying at $12 and off my radar. Too many bidders nowadays though. 99% of good names get found. If you think you are finding good ones you probably aren’t
Visitor.org 18 years old. Great tracking app, travel name but plenty of other uses
288763.com A 88 anywhere in a 6N that has no 4s or zeros is a great name

SHHF.net Most bids on the board today. May hit 4 figures
you say this …now why?
Carl,
Because it had the most bids and may hit $1K
Glad to hear you are on the mend. I sympathise with you not being able to run, I too suffered a serious injury playing football (I refuse to call it soccer) last year and spent two months on the sofa as a result. Back playing again now but it was a slog to regain full fitness.
Sounds like diversification of muscle groups use is like diversification of a domain portfolio, a little exposure builds a stronger whole.
Whilst I’m chatting away (too much coffee) I also want to say how much I’m enjoying reading the DSAD blog these days, Josh and Travis are providing great additional insight every day. Whether the market goes up, down or sideways more information is always welcome.
Yesterday you said you would make a big announcement today related to your domaining involvement. Is that still coming?
Tony,
I wouldn’t call it big, but medium. Trying to find time to write the article. Busy day for some reason today
