I know that I am not the most organized person. I have a lot of different plates and they’re all full. I proved just how unorganized I am. I was trying to find a price for the domain 70a.com to tell the story of the sale on Domain Sherpa which we were recording yesterday. As I found it I thought to myself “I wish I wouldn’t have sold L22.com so cheap”. When the NNL and LNN dot coms started heating up I cashed out on most of them. I bought many of them cheap but L22 wasn’t one of them. I paid a pretty good price but I needed some cash for a domain purchase earlier in the spring so I liquidated a few names. I still got inquiries all the time but I get them for lots of domains I have already sold.
When I searched for the price of L22 in emails I couldn’t find it. It wasn’t in my Godaddy account. Every time I was going to search more I got sidetracked and moved on to something else. Today I was determined to find out the price. I looked and looked and then I remembered on thing. It’s not at Godaddy. It was at Uniregistry. And it still is. I never ended up selling it. Its been there all along gaining value. And I think I may be able to get 10K for it. I’m going to put it up for auction and see what happens. It’s not necessarily found money because I paid for it, but it’s money I didn’t think I had. Made for a good morning.
