Domain Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Monday February 26th, 2018

Escrow.com

I spent hours putting in and pricing all my names on Afternic yesterday.  It wasn’t my plan but I got a little quick on the buttons and erased my portfolio.   I decided to put ALL my names in to Afternic and when I uploaded it I overrode my old names.   I had more new names than old and I needed to update the prices anyway so I started over.  I had about 600 names to put in and price.  So I did.

I had a method to my madness but I would be lying if I said that if I did it twice the prices would be the same.  I would say that 75% would be the same and the rest would be different.  I had a price pattern but I veered off here and there.  I have a good number of LLLL.com so it made it easier as I had certain prices for certain letters and ending letters.  Generally about 6 times wholesale price.  I didn’t get greedy but I did need to consider replacement cost and cost of names that weren’t selling.  My portfolio is supposed to be each name should support itself but we all know that we have no idea which domains are going to sell so whichever name sells has to pay for the others.

We’ll see if it makes a difference in sales and I am 100% it will.  Why?  Because I sold exactly 1 name though Afternic last year.  Everything I sold came through email and a few through Efty.  I set the bar very low on Afternic and that was my fault though pricing.  I changed the pricing on the lower tiered names to start moving some of the names.  After taking a good hard look I realized that many of my names didn’t deserve the highest price and needed to be lowered.  So I did.  I will probably be rolling in money in the next few months 🙂  Here are today’s names, Click on them for current price

f you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by me Shane, or Josh . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything I say is based on my own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or my opinion is correct. I hand choose my names but I am paid to make this list by the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good
