Domain Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Sunday July 2nd

Escrow.com

Just a little inside look into my thinking.  It may not be right when it all plays out but its how I’m playing it.  I love the run in bitcoin.  I love watching market move and move hard.   I want to be a part.  But I wasn’t and at this level I don’t feel comfortable.   But I like to keep my money in play.  Where I feel more comfortable putting my money is in LLLL.com.  Hand chosen names bought by me at auction or privately.   I am going to put $50K into this type just as I would Bitcoin.   The difference is I feel the downside is much less than Bitcoin.    And in my opinion, there is still a good upside.  A chance to sell to an enduser for 10 or 20X and most likely a gradual rise in the wholesale market for the rest. In short, I feel like putting my money into a portfolio of LLLL.com is a better investment for me.    I also feel more comfortable because of the liquidity.  Not as liquid at bitcoin but should I need some money, LLLL.coms have proven to be very easy sellers.  Everything I’m looking for for part of my investment portfolio.

I did something similar when I invested $10K in NNNN.coms and dot WS.   One worked out great, one worked out not so great.  And while I communicated my purchases exactly the same, with a simple post like this one, you would have thought that .ws was my only purchase ever.  I pick groups to invest in every year.  This year its LLLL.com because I see value.  Only time will tell.  If it works out well you will hear nobody talking about it.  If they take a dump you’ll read about it in all the comment sections. And like all the other investments.  They only change to the world will be in my personal bank account. Here are today’s names. Click for most recent price

  1. Take 10% of that 50k and put it into btc or another cc. I thought I missed it when I started buying at $300+. Same thing the guys said when it was at $100. “no way it can go higher”.
It hasn’t even started yet. Anyone who has the b#lls to invest in domain names would be crazy not to throw a few hundred bucks at cc’s. I picked up lisk at it’s ico. $.08. It is currently sitting around $2.30??!?!? and they say it will take off once it is released and used.?!?! Crazy times, too much fun to miss out on.
I watched Dash and Ethereum go from $7 to now. Risky but the upside is crazy. Never seen anything like it in my life other than domains and this beats domains.
    Be your own bank!

  2. Steve,

I was thinking of putting a little money in. I have no problem putting a few K on a baseball game, I can put some into crypto I guess 🙂

    1. It looks like banking/finance is heading the blockchain way so learning how to control your own coins/tokens and what they are is a good idea. If you can make some $ along the way then great. It’s interesting watching the youtube shows about crypto and noticing similarities between the Sherpa shows. It reminded me of that Seinfield episode where Jerry meets Elaine’s other friends that seem strangely similar. Some good advice as well.

  3. Super cool sites that list ico’s and evaluate them.

    icoalert dot com

I am a little wary of any ico’s built on the Ethereum network. Lately the network has been bogging down because everything including all these new ico’s on their system are on the main chain??!!??
Coins and tokens with side chains have more appeal imo. They are even talking about adding side chains to Bitcoin next year!! To the moon if that happens. Making btc more flexible and incorporating other coin or token qualities that can enhance btc will make the entire network stronger.
