Domain Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Monday March 30th, 2020

There is a lot of bad that is going to come out of the recent pandemic but there will also be good. On a personal level my business is like most where we are gong to suffer economically. Not as bad as most brick and mortar but it will take a hit. We were built on personal face to face sales and known for having the most experienced, informed staff around. We know our plants. But that’s been taken away in many aspects. We still get to talk to people outside but most are preferring to do it via email. Our staff is not versed and organized to move from a dozen emails a day to hundreds of orders a day and countless other phone calls and emails.

The positive is they are coming strong. Travis was nice enough to work on our website and adjusting it as we need it. We are adding a video instruction and information section on the front page and I started recording videos to explain things we used to do all day every day. Now we can just point them to a video. We are going to refund and make ordering easier. All of these things should have be done before. Now we are forced to. When its all said and done I am confident that everything we lose during the worst period we are going to get back by providing additional and easier ways to shop. It will add to sales in the long run. Not sure I can continue to work the kind of hours I’m pulling but it is all worth it. I wake up excited to try and generate new ways to take and process sales.

In short, things are going to be bad, but there are opportunities and positives that will result.
