A good mix of domains today included a few good drone names. With every auction filled with LLLL.coms it seems like there are less one and two word keyword names available. But guess what? That’s exactly why dot coms will become more and more valuable. Because there are less and less for sale. And while I read that Godaddy and Namejet’s sales results aren’t correct I say “don’t read them or don’t buy from Godaddy” I’m a smart enough person to know that if people thought a domain was for sale and bid it to a price YET the name didn’t actually sell, it still represents the value of the auction. The action and the auctions were performed as if they were going to go through. Therefore it represents a real value. Whether or not real money exchanged hands doesn’t matter to me since I’m only using it as a GUIDE. And if you think DnJournal prices listed are all real and all cash, you are wrong. I can name a handful that never went through. Were numbers given to create interest for the new owner but that money never actually changed hands. Names that were defaulted on and given back to the owner. In short, we need comps and a Godaddy auction that goes from start to end is a pretty good comp of what that domain would go for on that day at auction. And I’m in the mountains today so I may or may not be a able to approve comments for the next 36 hours. Also looking for a few names for my list next week if anyone is interested in promoting an auction. Here is today’s list.
OverTheWeb.com How the world works now. 18 years old. One bidder at $12
SeattleWash.com I admit I was thinking car washes in Seattle and then Google reminded me of that Washington state thing. 17 years old

PWHM.com A few good LLLL.coms in this special auction but not sure why they needed a whole section for just 6 names

Shane, I’ve sold 5 NNNL.com’s in the last 2 weeks, have you seen anything pointing to these taking off, or is this a fluke. I hand registered a few about a year ago let some drop, renewed a few, buy only ever sold 2 until recently. Low sales prices $100-$300 each.
