Domain Spotlight: Domain Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Saturday, March 12th

There have been and are some fantastic names at NameJet lately.  Many of them have had reserves that seemed out of reach for an auction but there are a few today that I think have very reasonable reserves.   I hear about how we should all be concentrating on anything but the Chinese market.  Here’s your chance.  So good old fashioned keywords. And you’ll have to like them because not one CHiP to be had at Godaddy if you wanted to.   Here are today’s names. Click to see current prices.  31,000 backlinks.  PR5, 21 years old.   I’m thinking this is the reasoning behind all the bids    They haven’t dropped from what I can tell from the great crash of March  One of the most popular apples. I like Pink Lady  The J takes it off the WHiP chart but still nice.  I think some might think its a word. Its getting bids but really?  You going to sell gas cans?  Great brand for $12.  No bidders  No bidders at $20.  Pretty sure NNNN.orgs are worth $20 but I really haven’t been following the category  Corn, Bean, Weed   No bidders at $12   All now worth $500 or more.  Except for a few that are under that.  So maybe not all,,     Some lower boats for you today.  $335 seems to be the bottom boat price    There has been a move up in but not enough sales to establish what they are worth yet IMO,,,   A few for you lovers of this category.   One is doing much worse than the others    Not very many bids. We’re back under $200 on these……I think  93,000 backlinks.  Heat or cute ponytail and running shorts  These are on my new watch list.  At $20 right now.  I think they go up to $50 by the end of the year.  Mark this post  and   Two pretty good patterns

Special Domain Shane ONLY Coupon…….. CODE IS DDCDS2015 Good 30% off Discount Domain Club to get the lowest renewal prices Godaddy offers (DDC)  Not a bad for $50    Keyword dot cc don’t generally do very well but its a pretty strong keyword

FOR OTHER GREAT NAMES FOR SALE MAKE SURE TO VISIT CAX.COM   Great letters for an acronym. G for Group.    At $4K at press time. Probably worth more. Even during this crash   In England this is how you spell  Think how many bidders it would have if it were weather center.    Only Brett Farve thinks it makes sense.  Only 6 bidders   This one is going to sell. I think the reserve is less than what it will sell for.  Which has not been the case for most of the great names the last few days.   Spanish for tabloid.  Spanish names have always lagged behind but I think they have value.  Just a tough end user reach out for me since I only speak Spanglish  Wonderful name but nope.  Won’t sell  Surprised no bidders here.  All kinds of snake oil to sell to men who don’t want to be bald  Because if you drive it, fly it, or have sex with it, you lease it.  Baller rules   US Open.  A simple question.  Or a tool  Nice floral brand.  No companies with this name………….yet  Nashville.  Under 20 bidders  St. Casilda or a city in Argentina.  A few bids  The kind of name the Chinese love.  And that is still a good thing, and   Getting closer to $100 every week  You knew that there were a ton of places named this before you even Googled it.  Sounds like where you’re Grandma would live  Would not be surprised to see this over $2500.  But its going to need more than 21 bidder to get even close   13 years old and 2 bidders

WRGO.com  Good western letters.  I am on the buy side of this category  Remember Holiday is the world they use for vacation in Europe.  Only 6 bidders  Really depends on what side of the reserve range this is on.  If its under $16K I think it sells   Same here.  Depends which side its closer to.  Great name though  I don’t think it hits $1K .  I could be wrong.  I was wrong once in 1993.  I picked the left side as the side where you fill with gas on a rental car and it was actually on the right.  So embarrassing.  I should have looked at the fuel gauge.  There’s always a triangle next to the pump symbol that says which side the cap is on.  God I’m stupid.

  1. Robert Cline was over the top…and everyone gave him a hard time….. but with over 700 he would have been in the money.
