Escrow.com

I started biking for exercise and I’m really enjoying it. I got a super deal on a street bike from a guy that volunteers where I work. It’s maybe 5 years old with an MSRP of around $2500, he sold it to me for $100. Either he stole it, or he really felt bad for my lazy ass and wanted to help. Of course I’ll ride a bike if you’re gonna give me such a good deal.

There are several Rail Trails around the area that are well maintained. It’s a lot of fun getting out and exploring the countryside while burning some calories, Plus it’s a lot more efficient than running. I mean seriously, why would I run when I can bike? It seems a lot more efficient, I can lap the pants off runners, and those poor bastards look like they’re dying, lol. Seriously though, take the opportunity to bike, run, kayak or whatever, don’t sit in front of a computer all day long like I used to do, get out and do something.
