My exhaustive search has revealed that the first dot XXX site went live today. Casting.XXX is officially open for business as the first live dot XXX domain on the web.
Casting.xxx was launched under the ICM Registry’s Founder Program which will allocated 1,500 domains to 35 “founders.” The site appears to be a site based on “amateurs” although after watching 90 to 100 videos I am going to say that a few of them may not be amateurs. The “founder” in this case is Really Useful Ltd aka Lewis Richard Thomas of Grand Turk in the Turks and Caicos. He is to be congratulated for working hard day and night to be the first up. I’ll continue to keep searching for the next site up under the program

Still overall I’m quite wary about this extensions potential, from what I’ve read so far cultural policing counties like India, China etc, are considering blocking this extension. Not only that but I think it wouldn’t be to long before the folks at mozilla firefox create an addon to block xxx domains, probably from requests and petitions from parental and similar social groups.
