I realize action speaks louder than words but I have still always been inspired by quotes, especially from people that have achieved great things. My father was the same way. When he was in his mid 30s I can remember him reading a book of famous quotes aloud to the family and even at a young age I can still remember realizing the meaning behind the simple statements. Here are a few of my favorites

this is my favourite. the quote is similar to Socrates proverb *to understand a complex object, divide it into small elements and study each element separately*.
