Neil is the Step Father of Captain Eric Mannino’s kid. Evidently Eric is way behind in his child support payments yet has found the cash to buy a new boat, all to the chagrin of Neil. So when Eric let his domain inshorefishing.tv expire, Neil jumped all over it to leave Eric this rather amusing letter on the front page of the site.
