SHANE’S BIG LIST: Thursday’s Domains at Auction or Dropping on March 27th, 2014

Escrow.com

There are a lot of reasons why I love this time of year and the major reason is money.  I make a lot of it this time of year.  Not just at the nursery but on my websites.  Most of my domains are plant and gardening related so the income really ramps up in the spring.  The parking triples, the websites can generate $50-100 a day (big for me, not for others) and even the affiliate money on this site bumps up after tax season.  While the traffic for DomainShane was level to down, the revenue generated in March reached a record amount. So much that I can actually live on it now.  In a one bed studio in a small town, and I’d probably qualify for welfare, but I can live on it.  All kidding aside, the one thing I tried to do when I first started this blog was do things a bit different.  My revenue model is completely different than everyone else’s but the end result is the same.  I’m proud of that.  And as I keep saying, there is more to come.  The changes are taking a little longer than I hoped but good things come to those who wait.  Unless you’re over 40, single, and bald.  Then time is not on your side and then you’ll need money. Here are today’s names.  ONE spot left for the Book of 10.  Remember it’s posted here, the top of Domaining.com, and in the Domaining.com newsletter that goes to 18,000 people. Contact me to book

HouseDirect.com  Cut out the middle man, or woman.  18 years old and only one bidder

EliteTechnology.com   There’s technology, then good technology, and finally Elite Technology.  17 years old.  A few bidders

NanoTalk.com Before 3Dprinters and bitcoins came around Nano domains were the IT names.  Get it while it’s down

SCLH.com  15 years old.  I was hoping this would stay under $100.  Still a value even at press time price

Protio.com  Company on the dot me.  I liked it as a 5L.com but the price shows there are other factors involved.  Guess it’s the dot me company

ForgetTheBox.com  No bidders. 14 years old.  For $12 I think this would make a great marketing name for people who hate the term “think outside the box” .

Assignments.info  Dot info names have found new life.  This one is essentially BIN since it closes soon

SLLR.com  Good letters. 12 years old

Bruto.com   Hard to believe this has no bidders.

FloridaGolfCarts.com  The biggest golf cart industry in the world.  There are plenty of companies that would want to own this one

5PV.com   There weren’t a lot of NLL.coms this week.  Here’s one and it may hit $500

5OY.com  And another

OIUA.com  Under $100 at press time.  A steal IMO but I’m bidding on it so I hope it stays that way.

Musso.com   Last name that would make a great brand

Working Godaddy Domain Code of the day.. $.99 Dot Com Registration or Transfer (plus ICANN fees) gofd2002ab

NMPE.com  18 years old.  Not that many bidders.  Only 17 at press time

HJJ.com  You would have found this without my list but I’ll give you the shortcut anyway

HowLong.com  A lot of questions can be answered with this domain.  16 years old

RemailService.com  No bidders.  This is a real service.  I have no idea why you need it but that’s not the point.

SculptYourBody.com  Some of you are working with a bigger block to carve from.  No bidders

Synagogue.com  Most people use the word Temple but everyone knows what a synagogue is.

Villo.com  Already a bike sharing company but plenty of other uses for this great brand

WeedTest.com  Weed and tests don’t go together very well normally but here it works

10YR.com   Short dot com that would be good for bank rates, anniversaries, or just a nice marketing name.   Under $20 at press time

WebAdvertising.org  12 years old.  Web advertising is what drives the business that we’re all in.  Under $10 at press time

Have a name at auction and need more exposure. Send me an email. I may be able to help.

*All names chosen by me, Shane, and the goal of this list is to have all links be paid through commission (click through and purchase a name you like) or paid listing. Everything I say is based on my own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or my opinion is correct.
