Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Friday, July 22nd, 2022

If I had to recommend one podcast it would be Huberman Lab. Andrew Huberman is a scientist that does a podcast that tends to focus on the body and the mind. No snake oil salesman stuff. He’s not selling anything. Only science and data and its improved my body and mind so much over the last year. From getting early sunlight for a better sleep, to eating habits, to various simple little changes that make a big difference. I can’t recommend enough.

I listened to him and Joe Rogan the last few runs and there were some super interesting things in that episode. One was the benefits of gratitude. He was studying the dopamine and other physical benefits of saying kind things and the results were different than you think. The person giving them got zero benefits. The person who received them had increased dopamine and other physical benefits from people saying kind things. A real measurable effect. Meaning that being kind and acknowledging someone has a physical benefit to that person. Not just mentally making them feel good but physically as well. There were dozens of other things that were brought up but if you know Joe Rogan he just rolls from one thing to the next so they cover a lot of topics.

Check out a few podcasts and let me know what you think . Now on to the auctions.
