This one with Dr. Andrew Huberman is probably my favorite in the last year. It confirms a lot of what I practice and also gave me a whole bunch of things to try and put into my routine. This one deals with the importance of your eyes their function in your sleep and emotional stability. That your eyes are literally part of your brain and you can use them to dictate your day.
