It probably doesn’t need to be said but the Argentina France game was as good as sports get. Just when you thought one team had it the other team stormed back. All the way through penalties. Even if you didn’t favor either team you found yourself cheering and yelling the whole game. Three hours of some of the best moments in the history of sports. Loved every minute
It’s that time of year when things start winding down and people are a little harder to get ahold of because of the season. It also could be a time to close out a sale if someone needs to get it on this year’s books. I’d love to get a sale in because I have a few capital losses I’d like to put them against. I’m moving more toward a bee-themed fashion line. It’s something I’ve always wanted to do. We’ll see where it goes but I am working on a project that I want to devote my time so I will probably keep beehouse the size of whatever honey I harvest.
And I’m about 15 years too late but I’ve started putting together a little parking revenue portfolio. Names that have some traffic and yield. I am surprised how much a 50 cents a day times multiple adds up. I have it at only a few hundred dollars a month but I just started paying attention. I realize there are people much better at this and have all kinds of tools to find names but essentially if a name makes $20 a year over cost I am going to add it. I know, everyone has done or doing this but I’d like to build up a portfolio that yields. If anyone has any secrets they don’t mind sharing email me. Always looking to get better
