If you read my Twitter you probably saw that I literally put in an offer for my own name. I was bidding on AlohaLife.com on Goaddy. Like always my proxy was $2K and it goes for $2K and some change. I’m out working while some no light seeing, living with his cat, correcting my spelling, Mom buys him clothes on non holidays, mother trucker is sitting there sniping me at the end. But while I’m bidding I think “HoneyLife.com is a great name” Living the Sweet life.
I go to the landing page and see its for sale. I see the poor sap has only sold one name on Dan. Just like me. I put in an offer for $200. “Minimum bid is $500” So I go to Namebio and see if its sold in the past. $1100. I’m not sure I want to pay way above that. But I do love the name. So I see if I can get their email and mail them direct. The owner is me. Yup. It was my name. I already bought it at auction for $1100. Like seeing a woman walking down the street and thinking “that lady’s hot” and she turns around and it’s your wife.
