This should work out well. Today I am running a mountain marathon with 4K feet of gain and starts at 7K feet. If that isn’t hard enough I’ve been sick for 10 days. Came to elevation with the flu and it’s hard to kick when you are at elevation and still go out for hard runs. Add in the dry air, which has given me a sore throat and running nose, which caused me to wipe my nose so much I got cold sores all over my lips and nose. Just perfect
The best I felt has actually been out running. I never realized the importance of home layout until I stayed in this AirBnB. It’s a million-dollar home that faces south but the windows are shaded by a front porch so it doesn’t allow that low-hanging winter sun to come in the windows. The house never warms up or has the brightness it should. People don’t realize homes have to be designed around the sun and where it is during certain parts of the year. A ton of windows on the west side in summer is going to cook you. No south windows and the winter will be extra chilly. It also affects your mood.
We’ll give it a go. I shouldn’t die. Probably will just make for a longer day and crush my immune system and my Sunday
